Our Story

Welcome to the culinary journey of Chef Dharmatma Chauhan, where passion meets expertise in every dish. With over three decades of experience in the vibrant world of gastronomy, Chef Chauhan's story unfolds through the bustling streets of Mumbai to the heart of Leicester City Centre.

Starting as an apprentice at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, Chef Chauhan honed his skills over a decade, eventually rising to the esteemed position of Chef. His journey then took him to the UK, where he captivated patrons as Head Chef at Spice of India in Syston for 13 remarkable years.

In 2017, Chef Chauhan furthered his culinary legacy at Sanaya Restaurant in Mountsorrel, before continuing his pursuit of excellence at Winstanley House in Braunstone. Today, he orchestrates a symphony of flavors at &Kith in Leicester City Centre, blending diverse cuisines to craft unforgettable dining experiences for brunch and lunch enthusiasts.

Complementing his role at &Kith, Chef Chauhan extends his culinary prowess as a part-time Chef at Ramada Encore, Charles St, Leicester. Join us on this gastronomic voyage, where each chapter unfolds with the aroma of spices and the sizzle of creativity.
